In 2004 the National Association of Realtors began a comprehensive redesign of its web site (realtor.org). The major components of the redesign were a new site-wide information architecture and visual design, the implementation of a content management system, and the creation and implementation of a controlled vocabulary. As Information Architect, I performed and directed information architecture work and usability and user testing. Additionally I created the redesign project plan and played a key role in formulating the site strategy, budget, and web team structure.
